The pizza is really good but too expensive for how small it is. They have a gluten-free crust which is nice. Spent over $25 for 2 pizzas. Then they had the nerve to try and charge .75 for a thing of ranch. Not an extra ranch. .75 for the ranch that should come with your order. What a rip off. I'll go elsewhere just for that reason alone...
Their service quality has gone down. They had to remake my pizza because it fell apart in the oven. I understand that, but they didn't ask me what ingredients I had on it, so they guessed. Meanwhile I'm just waiting and waiting patiently while my other 3 pizzas were just sitting there getting cold. When they finally told me, I asked what ingredients they put on it. They missed several ingredients, so now they had to make it a 3rd time. I was there for almost an hour. Who seemed to be the manager or supervisor did not apologize or even offer any compensation (like a drink while you wait or a cookie or even the pizza they made wrong. I guess they just threw it away) It was as if they didn't care. The pizza also wasn't as good as it was in the past. My kids liked their pizza. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. Don't think I'll be going back.
I had heard many good things about Pieology, so we decided to give it a try.The create your own pizza is a fun concept to try. There are multiple crust options, multiple sauce options, five cheeses (one being vegan mozzarella), plus many veggie and meat toppings to choose from. The pizza was quite tasty, and priced reasonably for the amount of pizza you get.We will be adding Pieology to our rotation of eateries.
The pizzas are tasty, no doubt, always fresh and hot. Dealing with the staff there, not so much. All young kids and hard to find an adult in charge. We ordered a pizza and asked for pineapple on it, no problem we got that. But then we asked for ham.too. However we had "passed" the meat station and we were informed by the guy at the vwggie station that we'd have to wait until someone came over to put the ham on the pizza. Veggie guy is standing right next to the meats but he couldn't reach over and throw some ham on the pizza.apparently! Not really customer focused at this place.
I Extremely BAD service I received tonight! I am angry and can't even enjoy a good pizza! I waited over an hour for two very simple, meatless pizzas. My pizzas sat there while people came n went, 10 people after me went, including online orders. I finally questioned "the manager" and she said nobody put numbers on the pizza, therefore her solution was to just let them sit there n get cold. Once I got home and opened the boxes, I was even more upset. They were BOTH BURNED! Worst service EVER!!
1st - Og thin crust, garlic oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese, black olives, roasted red peppers, onions, ham and sausage, bacon, basil.2nd - Og thin crust, garlic oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, basil.2 drinks. 1 brownie. 1 Reese's peanut butter cup cookie. If you have never been this is a good place for you to take your kids where they can make their Pizza any way they want and eat it.Make sure you come after 5:00 because it's really busy at that time and you'll be waiting a while. It is worth the wait though.
Nice employees. Remember never outwork your pay! Like all other Pieology locations.
Always enjoy going to pieology, employees are welcoming and the food is always good
Fresh positive vibe store. all fresh ingredients. Love the fire up front!
Pieology has a great idea and the pizza is normally great. Who ever is calling the shots your failing. Tonight is the third time I have shown up and you have closed early. Nothing was updated on google or social media. We have to get passed this so called pandemic and move on. If you advertise open hours be open. Thank you your pissed off patron that wanted some pizza!
