Beautiful little vegan place. I absolutely loved my food. My family enjoyed as well. The kids had the kids quesadilla that comes with beans and rice. The beans are really good, they seem freshly made to me. The gorditas were nice and filling. Salsas are tasty, the pambazo was great. The customer service is great as well. Definitely returning. 1st time customer from 1 hour away
Great vegan Mexican food! I don’t come here as often as I should but have brought my Mexican family here and they have loved it.Friendly staff and good food. Only thing I do not recommend is the nopales gordita. It will literally only be nopales. I expected it to come with sauce or something else to give it more flavor or substance.I love their other gorditas, Pambazo, and their agua fresca.
I don’t wanna leave a bad review but at this point I’ll be honest the phatties burrito is always a hit or massive miss I keep getting these dam sweet potato burritos I’m just eating a burrito full of sweet potato fries. Cmon what is this!? This isn’t even food man
Phenomenal. ?Everything was delicious.Fresh. High Quality. Authentic. Bonus; It happens to be vegan. Service is excellent. Total gem with a cute atmosphere. Grateful to find this. Thank you for putting so much care into your food and service. Oh and they have an amazing market next door with fresh smoothies and tons of vegan snacks and specialty groceries.
I have eaten at vegan restaurants all over the world and this is my FAVORITE vegan Mexican Restaurant!! ?????Must get the Taquitos de Papa (potato rolled tacos)!!! So freaking delicious!!! ? This time I ordered the Elote (Corn in a cup), as well and it was Ahmazing!!!! Excellent complement to the rolled tacos!!!Every time I come to the San Diego area, I have to eat here!! Can’t miss it!! So incredibly delicious! Did I mention it’s delicious? ? It is!! Indeed!!

They have a variety of dishes and protein choices as far as plant-based ingredients go, which is a nice welcome. We got Queretaro style enchiladas, which are like soft tacos cooked in some delicious grease. Gordita plate had nice soft corn patties stuffed with a protein of your choice. I don't know if it was the adobada but it was little bland, unless the green salsa is added. Jalepeno on the plate is not too hot, and definitely edible. If I am in the area I would definitely try something else. The service is good, the decor is nice, rice and beans are OK.
This place was poppin’ on Sunday at noon! Either a lot of people are vegan or it’s that good!It’s hard to see the store front but you’ll see the big tent and a sign for Vegan Nectar next door. Must be the same owner. Plenty of parking.This place serves salad, burritos, tacos, and rice plates. All vegan Mexican food. Oh and vegan birria which means you can’t miss out on anything.You order and pay first inside before you go seat yourself. You’re given a buzzer. You can sit indoor or outdoor patio.I got the Phattie’s burrito and my friend got California burrito. It was cut in half so we swapped the half to try both. Both tastes similar except that Phattie’s have sweet potato fries. Very flavorful and texture like meat. No wonder why this place was packed!
