This establishment does not care about you or your order. Cashier Mario told me that it's too hard to put pieces of an order together to all come out at the same time; instead you must collect all things yourself, one at a time. And this is only if they even notify you. It took another 20 minutes after getting my souffle for me to get two sliced and toasted bagels, which after I asked Elle (?; couldn't actually read her name tag; college age white lady with long braids and no interest in helping) for them, I was told they were sitting at pick up for 10 minutes. When I asked her what the point of the "order notification puck" was for, I was told they don't usually work and that I have to listen for my name to be called which is impossible to hear if you are not in the back of the restaurant. Also, Mario never told me this when he gave me the puck. The place is not clean either. Every step is accompanied but the loud sticky sound of your shoes as you walk.

Kiosk card reader wasn't working, so after the manager tried to help us older ladies, he gave up too and helped us at the counter. And gave us free drinks for our trouble!Anyway, good food, and fast service. The parking here is a bit tricky to navigate, but we were able to get a spot so that we could watch our bikes.
Stopped for brunch. Ordered a BLT on everything toasted bagel. When I received it, it had turkey. I told them I didn't order this. The counter lady said ..well you should have ordered that. I asked to speak with a manager. Again I said I just want a BLT. Not a turkeysandwich. She turned to another coworker and said ok just make it again. Another coworker turned and said ..well do you want bacon on that? By then I was speechless. When I got the BLT the bacon was the size of a quarter!. WTH
Went in To Panera this Fine Mornin, literally after a Sweet hike at Elfin Forest, it was soo cool! The service at Panera was 110% great! I experienced the greatest customer service with Lorren, she is acute at what she does, and That’s provide great customer service. Definitely recommend this place, the breakfast is a bull’s-eye!
I was helped by Lamar during my experience at this Panera. Was very polite and made me feel welcomed at this establishment. I will gladly be returning for more of this type of service.
Stopped by for quick lunch over the weekend. Great location and healthy food options. Ordering food through kiosk did take few minutes longer than expected as machine failed to communicate with the server couple times.
We just spent $30 at Panera Bread in Escondido and my Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich had almost no chicken at all and hardly any avocado either. It was like bread with cheese and some sauce....terrible!My wife had half sandwich and soup with ugly bread that was falling apart and not much in it either, except a hair from one of the servers! Soup was okay.......For the prices they charge which are high, this is ridiculous. Totally unsatisfactory!
If I could give it a zero I would. I witnessed one of the managers by the name of Shelly treat her employees so horribly it made me cry on my way out, she was not only rude to her employees I myself experienced her nasty attitude when placing my order. As a longtime loyal customer to Panera I’m disgusted with how this company has been choosing it’s management. I’ve had bad experiences in other places but Shelly was a nightmare. They need to terminate her asap.
