This panda is usually a pleasant experience at best, and neutral at worst. Usually… except today we were attended by Lucas. It appeared that his coworkers were crafting a bulky catering order and he was taking orders from walk-in guests but he was so rude. We ordered our food and he was giving us attitude when we were just choosing our sides. He also didn’t put the sauce on the teriyaki chicken so we only got… chicken. Working in the industry, I would understand if we were awful guests but we just wanted our food and we got a full serving of attitude with a bitter side of irritation. Oh and no fortune cookies! Just walk out if Lucas is there.
Excellent Panda experience today in Escondido. Store was clean, inviting, and very cool which was a welcome considering how hot it is outside today. Bathroom, floors and tables were clean, Staff was very polite, helpfull, knowledable, and they were all wearing a smile. Made me feel great, ordered honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, chowmein, two spring rolls and sweet tea. Food was really super good. Especially the main ontrees. Anything with honey on it is so good. Loaded up the pics and my fortune cookie was just the right bow tied on to this delicious food coma afternoon. Says " You will be fortunate in everything you do". Nice. I'll take it..
The food was really just so-so. Not as tasty as previous visits. Great effort by the crew, though: long line and some really dim customers.
Always one of my favorite places to eat. Brings me up when I'm feeling down. Brightest my day. I turned a gift card into a guitar pic and I couldn't be more happy with the fact that it's got a panda on it
Okay loaction, food was Okay not great and way to long of a wait to get our meal. Need to work on keeping all advertisements in stock.

Accessibility: disabled parking in front, and door that needs to be pulled open but is not heavy compared to many other doors.Seating: as of 8-8-2021 there is seating inside you can use, 3 tables outside you can sit at, and to-go take out.Masks: Employees are wearing masks which I am thankful for, but masks are not required by guests.The food was prepared quickly and hot. :)
