The yogurt was not appetizing, it was icy not creamy. When it melted it looked watery. Flavors not so great. Then, I had to shout 5 separate times to get someone to ring me up. Wasn't enjoyable.

I'm not really big on frozen yogurt, but my daughter loves Menchies. We usually end up here whenever we want to reward her for a job well done.

Their website reflects multiple vegan options but in store they only have one, not a great one either. The add ons were very limited as well.$5 after 6:30 on Tuesdays though is a pretty good deal.

Would not honor a LOCAL FLAVOR COUPON that was still valid. Owner Patricia Curri said that i would have to get my $ back from local flavor since she stopped working with them last year. I have emailed Local Flavor for a refund. My family is a frequent customer of her store since it opened and have gotten very good service until now. I understand there must be some issue she has with Local Flavor company business practices but was very disappointed on how she handled the situation with me -a loyal customer. No sorry for the inconvenience or can I give you a $1 off your purchase today for the inconvenience. Giving a little to a loyal customer in this instance could have gone a long way and the discount given today would have resulted in many more visits to make up for that loss. That opportunity was missed today.
