Idk why I always have to ask for straws napkins and bbq sauce when I come here even though they ask me when i pull up to the intercom. Everyone in the drive-through is always so rude. And we waited in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes and I was two cars behind another car. They never wanna give us our receipt. And cars were honking at us like crazy my anxiety was out of control and we weren’t even offered an apology for the wait. I typically don’t do bad reviews for McDonald’s but tonight was just out of control you guys need to do better!
Ordered delivery from here and been in the drive thru multiple times and always the same result. ALWAYS give me the incorrect order or don't read my instructions.Long drive thru wait time, never receive the correct items. Worst McDonalds in the area. Staff are ok, but need to focus more to providing quality food.AVOID and go to a different McDonald's
DO NOT use the App and wait for the food at their Pick UP!Ordered an eggmcmuffin today at pickup slot 3, waited 13 minutes and no one showed.....went inside and showed it to them (confirmed, paid, etc..) and they said they had no idea of the order. Then they said they served it to someone else. The mgr. (short dark haired lady) didn't really care and did not even apologize-she said it does that a lot.An example of people not doing their job and not caring about what they are being paid to do.
This place served me food that gave me food poisoning within 10 minutes after eating. They have signs saying to please excuse their being short staffed but that is no excuse for serving spoiled food but it might excuse their poor service. Unless you have an iron clad stomach, I strongly suggest you not coming here to eat.
Really weird vibe. After I order they said they only take cash. Seemed like a way to get out of having to make food. When I said I had cash all of sudden they are out of this and that.
Sometimes the staff is nice but not always. But today... today I realized what a racket it all is. 1 happy meal a big Mac and a medium drink and it was $18!!!! The fries in the happy meal are comical. Don't put yourself out Micky'Ds!! What's that?? An entire 2 oz? Sad!
Best tasting food at a McDonald's location in the U.S. that I have tried!The food was delicious!!!!!The way the inside was ran was pwrfect!!!!!My coffee was "just right!"Wow!!!GREAT LOCATION
I would give it 10 stars if I could. Quarter pounder was perfect. Plain bun as ordered. Burger was cooked correctly and tasted yummy. Fries were the best ever!!!!! Crispy and salty and not greasyEqually awesome mocha Frappuccino even though cashier didn't know what it was. THANKS
Horrible customer service! I was only ordering a happy meal for my daughter and the guy didn’t even ask what drink or if we wanted fries or apple slices. He was very rude when I mentioned it and told him we wanted apple slices. We will NEVER come to this location again.
The woooooorst McDonald's ever. Slow does not even sum up this place. I had to repeat myself more than 3 times. The order person sound like a little 5 yr old playing around. The raggedy place of a restaurant is by a freeway . Gave my order and told them I was allergic to onions. What did they put on the screen. Every syllable except for the ones I had to yell out 3 times. After still waiting 3 cars behind no movement. I was like God? He said hmmmm! Are you trying to tell me something? He said," Look around what do you think? After I felt like this doesn't sit well with me. It could probably get worse.. plus the Cheeseburger was $3.00 and small fries $2.79. I was like you know what God, you may be right.. With my cash in my hand and calmness. (Oh no food was injured in this incident. It was left dried overcook, no extra ketchup, and not wasted on thrown away. )To many red flags and not the same service the Red wig (Ronald McDonald) promised us. One thing for sure there are clowns operating this dusty place. Should have known better when there was no long lines and the smell of French fries in the air. 1st time and LAST time ever going. Matter of fact they may have completely resolved me of ever having bubbles guts. Lol cheers to healthy eating ? and hopefully a Health Department Inpection ?My Truth
