I'm going to start by saying that this place has great customer service. I went on a sat morning and it was packed. The food did take long but the manager I believe was very helpful and patient with each customers. She gave me a free cookie which was sweet in her part. They were definitely doing the best they could to keep up with everyone's orders.
Not a real fan of McDonald's...the only thing I might try is their coffee. There are many other choices for the same price with better quality and a better deal.
This location is awful. Terrible service consistently. Go literally anywhere else, or at least to a different McDonald’s
This McDonalds has a great staff, and are quick to get you on your way. They are very accurate with your order, and I rarely have a problem with them. One downfall of this this location, is the homeless asking for money, after you order, but before the window. It is very intimidating at times, and I’ve actually left because of them being somewhat rude and aggressive. Bottom line is, this location is a good place to visit.
Curbside pick up was fast, easy and not a hassle
I don’t ever post on Facebook. So this shows how bad this place (not McDonald’s ) is. The only reason they are still open is because of the name and location. First it would be nice to speak with a person who speaks understandable English. Which may explain why the orders are always wrong. They are not friendly at all. I brought back a order that was wrong. I had walk into the kitchen and loudly ask to have my order fixed. They act like the only business they do is drive thru. I am also a Uber eats diver. They do not ask for order until as I said before (make my myself known by making a scene). I hope corporate reviews this.
Three small bottles of milk, a hamburger with a sesame seed bun and a cinnamon roll just hit the spot. Go in for great service. By the way, they unlock the restrooms by a remote control they have at the front counter. They keep this place hopping at one of the busiest corners on my ride on the 78, through Escondido, the Gateway to the Backcountry.
Traveling and you count on a quarter pounder to get you back on the road. Oh and the fries were awesome..
Food is good, but I waited 45 minutes at the table waiting for an employee to come wash my hands. Like why the hell is the “Employees must wash hands” sign there for if the employees aren’t washing my hands. Burger King would’ve never left me hanging.
It was a nice loaction. The customer service was great but the food wasn't good. Had a sausage egg Mc Muffin was very good and the coffe wasnt good.
