Good food and services would go back
Have McD's smart app, got notification that some reward points were about to expire so started a mobile order and for points got a McChicken sandwich, then added free med fries as Padres won last evening, so also a dbl bacon burger for my son for curbside pickup. Not sure how, but chicken sandwich was dropped from mobile order, so I went through drive through and got free chicken sandwich.
Food is good. Very fast service. Food is hot.The coffee was not good. I don't know if they changed coffee vendors but definitely not like it use to be.
Worst place go o to any other one. Takes a long time to to order it customers back out of it drive thru when tired off waiting. Then you get cold food.
My daughter is very fond of the happy meal so we have to stop for her meal here.
I can't give less of a score cuz it's just not an option. Went in for 2 Mcmuffins the cashier not only over charged me but when I brought it up to the managers attention with proof she kept saying I was wrong made a scene even made me park I'm the parking lot just to argue about it, I have done customer service and this is by far worst I've come across instead of just apologizing give me the meal free she embarrassed me. RIDICULOUS
I’ve been living next to this location for 2 years and not once was I able to order anything with ice cream. Sometimes they say that the machine is broken and other times they say they are out. They seriously need a new manager.
Quick drive thru for fam and for me good old coke cola! Mickey d has the best coke and you can't beat the price either!
Mobile order prepared on time. Minimal wait.
