This is a gem in North County and we need to spread the word. It's great that we have such speciality and gourmet beverages in north county without having to drive down to the Convoy area. We love their Maiko special and also their waffles. Great location. Quality beverage and service! You will come back again! Owners are nice people. We're spreading the word!
The best Matcha Soft Serve I've ever had. You can actually taste the Matcha because it's not too sweet.
The place is cute and clean. The staff is helpful and the Matcha Float was amazing! Portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable.
Love this place! Very generous with their servings. I'm not sure the name of the girl who served us, but she was very nice and patient while we decided what we get and even offered us sample to taste since we were indecisive about the soft served ice cream flavors.

What a great little place. Fantastic ube, matcha, and hojicha soft serve. Sweet, just enough matcha flavor without being punched with the bitterness. Wonderful smoky hojicha. The parfait-style cups are excellent - enough for two. And we LOVE the bubble waffles. SO GOOD!!!
Delicious matcha drinks and desserts! I'm so glad Escondido is finally getting more quality Asian spots. The environment is easy to work or study to and it helps that they have WiFi. Would definitely recommend for a small get together.
Good for late night study or post date. This place is the real deal, it will be a travesty if it closes. Hot waffle around softserve is so good I can't even explain. Take your wife here
So happy to have a delicious dessert place in town! We almost always go to Convoy but now we have something local for when we’re too tired to make the drive. Soft serve flavors rotate but I’ve tried the matcha, the ube, the black sesame, and a mix of swirls. All delicious! The Maiko Special is our favorite for sharing. Can’t wait to try other menu items ?
I had the Matcha Cafe in Convoy area and was not a fan. The matcha was just too strong and tasted bitter and tannic and a dark green color. I decided to give this place a try and the green tea ice cream tasted totally different. It actually tasted like green tea ice cream. It wasn’t bad. The green tea with cheese foam was good too. We probably come back and try some more of their tea series.
