I'm very disappointed with a situation that occurred today. This is my favorite place to come to and I'm very sad I have to write this, but I had horrible customer service. The lady attending me was mad for some reason and took it on my family. She was very disrespectful and is not fair to take anger on customers that have done nothing but be respectful and patient in a line that took almost 30 mins. This worker needs to control her emotions and be professional.

Waiting about 15 min to get helped three employees neither one said nothing while waiting asked for fresas conjeladas con crema they were discusting the cream was not thick how it should be and taste bad not enough granola no whip cream ,they have music too loud that you cant hear bad service not coming back

There is one person working here and they couldn't care less if the line went out the door. There is no menu posted and the music is so loud it drowns out your ability to talk to them. Don't know how this location stays in business.
First time here. Ordered fresas con crema. Tastes delicious. A little pricey, but delicious.
The place is great but they should have a menu. There is so much more here other than just ice creams that one can't know without proper menu.

Very large scoops, almost double of an average one but taste is not good at all. Also it was so soft when she was putting on cone and it melted right away.
