I don't eat KFC often, so pulling up to the menu, I asked for suggestions and/or recommendations right off the bat. The drive-thru attendant said to take my time. I then described our situation and flexibility of options, and rather than spending $30 for an eight-piece meal. She recommended two number 8's so we could each have our own meals and drinks plus two additional pieces of chicken for $10 less than the bucket meal we initially started to order. I found the whole experience simple and customer friendly. This was a great overall experience. One minor note... Remember to ask for sauce here; it is NOT included. I highly recommend this KFC for all your chicken munching needs.
Fast service it, it had been a while since I had purchased from KFC. I was please with fast and friendly service. Chicken was hot and crispy.

Ordered 5 pc chicken tenders box. Chicken was lukewarm. Fries were hot. Biscuit was too hard on outside to eat. Wasn't till I was miles away on the freeway that I realized I was not given any Ranch dip. The place is definitely older building and in need of some minor repairs.
Maybe once it would be nice if the sandwich looked like the pic promoting it...why is it always squished?
First of all I do not understand why their lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive-thru? But the more disappointing part of it was our meals came with rolls but no butter and no honey. Nothing better than eating a dry tasteless roll. Sorry but this was my reason for the two-star review.

Both my cousin and I got sick from the chicken. Not good...
To manager: please start hiring people who speak Spanish and English as a cashier and drive-thru cashier. It saddens and frustrates me seeing the English speakers being annoyed and impatient with non native speakers while trying to understand them.
