Accessibility: there aren't any accessible/handicap parking spots near this building and no ramps to get onto the sidewalk. Not a great set up. The doors to enter are two pull doors. There is no seating inside or outside, it is all to-go.Experience: most of the time when I come here I have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes, then wait another 5 for food/drinks, so be prepared to wait. The acai bowl I got isn't my favorite out of all the places that make them, but it's okay! The real reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the employees are all very nice and they work really hard to keep up with how fast-paced it is. Good work to them!
Very disappointed by this place, can't order online, they don't even pick up their phone, I had surgury in my throat, all I can eat was a smoothie, I ordered 35 dollars worth, they wouldn't accept my 50 dollar bill because it was too large of a bill. Never will I spend a penny on this buisness again.
I really enjoy jamba juice but it's really disappointing when I cant use my $50 bill to pay for an order over $20 and I can't pay with my card because the system was down (been down for some time I think) I was also sad when I tried to order online and also called to put in an order an I failed both times. I just want my breakfast!

Staff is nice and the product is tasty. But the problems that are going on with this store are out of their control. No online ordering. No phone ordering, you call and it just rings indefinitely. Either the owner or manager has let the place go down hill. The chip reader does not work. The staff has to manually punch the Cc info into the computer. Super safe right, NOT! The menu board is malfunctioning and not turned on. Whats going on with this place Jamba Juice?
Chip reader down. Other register doesn't work. Menu screens down they offered to let me input my credit card manually with code and zip.. yikes no thanks. No phone pay options. No online ordering supported anymore. Owner notified by employees multiple times. This place is sucking.
Online ordering not available. Call the store and no answer. Try calling again and the phone has been taken off the hook. No surprise there, won't be coming to this location or giving them my business. Last time I came in it looked run down, had a weird smell and the employees seemed unhappy. Sad.

Ordered online for smoothie to be ready at a 5:00PM. I showed up at 5:03PM and stood under the “Pick Up” sign. No one asked my name or anything. Two employees weren’t doing anything. 4 customers walked in and had their orders taken and they received them while I waited 20 minutes. I finally piped up and asked if my smoothie was ready and she scrolled through her orders and found it. She grabbed a smoothie from behind the counter that was basically soup at this point and was clearly not what I had ordered.
