By far one of the worse customer service I have ever gotten, the staff is rude and the manager is even worse, it’s very clear that the people there hate their job.. I will definitely never go back..Don’t recommend it at all.

Ordered bacon cheese curly fries.... This is there CHEESE AND BACON!!!Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl ...they asked me what would I like ranch or teriyaki sauce ....so I asked for tereyaki sauce, got soy sauce!Worse jack in the box ever ..not the first time either....
The managers get customer service good workers just need double check the bags a little better
The service was pretty horrible. When I walked up to counter the lady said waa you wan. I'm like excuse me. She had a mad look on her face and when my order was ready she said you wan kecha or no. It was pretty dirty as well. That was the short version. Food was good though
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-thru this morning and got a sandwich with a bite already take out of it! I had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach a manager, when someone finally answered they didn’t take any ownership. Said the manager wasn’t in and kept cutting me off as I tried to explain my sandwich situation. His response was “well none of the employees eat in the kitchen.” ?? Long story short, I had to threaten to call the city inspector to get any sort of accountability. During a WORLDLY pandemic I don’t understand how this is acceptable at all! You can clearly see the bite in the bread and chicken. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN!
Good food. Would be nice if they'd give your order complete more often. Other than that love going there haha.
