Geeze..... SUCH TERRIBLE & I mean TERRIBLE costumer service from the Lady working the drive thru over night. She's completely rude to me everytime for no reason. Very childish as well. I drive for Door dash, Uber eats, Post mates.. And I usually Refuse to accept any orders from this location because of her disrespect. I think your business would benefit if you had someone more welcoming and professional dealing with the customers.
i never write reviews and i only ever go to jack in the box because it’s usually the only thing open that late, but the lady who usually works night shifts at register is always so rude. I even tried to make conversation since she was just standing there with the window open for five minutes and she made a snotty remark. It makes me not want to come back to this location anymore…. but the food always slaps so i do. I get it if you’re tired but i work in customer service as well and you still have to be nice??♀️

The customer service at this location was definitely sub-par. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was still cold throughout the whole sandwhich(like it had been thrown in the microwave). My daughter ordered a large curly fry and what is pictured is what we received. They were not fresh and cold as well. If I'm paying for a large, why am I getting the equivalent of a small? Had I not been driving for many hours after pulling a double, I would have gone back to have them remake it. I do not recommend this location.
Great helpful hard working kids but the wait is far to long.

The two tacos special was pretty good and surprisingly cheap.
Got some donut holes were plan no sugar on them. So the time I get home it's not worth going back.
