We really like this Jack In the Box. They do a good job making fresh food. Nothing tastes like it was sitting out. The Coke machine does need more syrup as the drinks tasted watery. But the food was great.
it's always nice an clean even if it's always busy the service during the day is pretty good.
Juana be nice. We have had more than one uncomfortable experience with you. The only reason we are letting it be known today it’s because you’re still being extra rude as a customer service employee. All we want when we come to this location is to get our kids food cause they like it & this is the closest location to us. I understand, a lot of us don’t like our jobs but just make the best of it. Venimos a este país a echarle ganas, deja de hacernos ver mal. Una actitud fea, hace que te mires fea. Animo!
The Jumbo Jack with no cheese has always been my secret burger to get when I'm totally broke.. i always knew it was $2 and change.. something very reasonable.. until covid hit.. now it's doubled and completely outta control. Hello bk or mcD or anybody else reasonable. Also been fighting for a refund for at least 6 months when their app located and prepared food to a farther Jack In The Box than one I went to and they continue to tell me" the store and app are not related"... HUH? I ordered online then picked up what I ordered at the restaurant so idk what the hell they're talking about..

The order was correct, the price was expensive, the food was standard, but the drinks were terrible. The tea tasted like coffee and the soda didn't have any syrup in it.
My friend James and I ate a wonderful breakfast meal wich we both agree Jack knows his stuff...
Ordered 3 things , only got two and to top it of called to let them know phones didn’t even work , and went through dt to find out had to wait another 35 min walked up to the window and the guy acted as if I he gave them to me , 0 costumer service skills .
Worst jack ever. The employees are extremely rude even if you are kind and understanding. They act like they hate everything and everyone. Never go to this one. Lady was rude when they messed up my order and I was just coming back to get the food they missed.
Amazing customer service, these people are so hard working and nice. I love this location
