The worse Ihop ever. They have no customer service whatsoever. No smiles, you ask for something like more napkins and they forget. You ask the othe waitress to bring them and she snarls at you. When your finished you wait and wait and wait for your bill and thwy do not clean the plates off after your finished. And this is yet another place that is racist because they only hired those who speak Spanish. I have nothing against anyone who speaks Spanish I was married to a Chilean.
Staff are friendly and service is quick. Food is good and portion is just right. Staff are always cleaning and place is well kept.
The food is good. But when we went on a Sunday morning, there was a wait. No big deal, but somehow the hostess marked us as seated and called people that arrived after us. Finally, after protesting that we were NOT seated, we were given a table. I think the hostess simply misunderstood our name, so no big deal. Alex the server was awesome, and the food was good. We'll be back in spite of the hiccup.
This is a pretty decent IHOP I had the original pancake breakfast there with eggs sausage bacon and hash browns it was delicious I didn't realize at the time it had all you can eat pancakes I'll definitely be going back to take them up on that good spot good wait staff good food
IHOP is hit and miss with their food. Pancakes is in there name so you probably should order them. I had the fried chicken patties dinner. It wasn't bad as long as you don't mind a deep fried chicken pattie. Next time I will order the pancakes!!
Overpriced and understanding the inflation perspective, yet still not a great meal at all. Very disappointed.

The only thing that keeps me from coming back to IHOP is the delicious food. I personally think that the wait time to order and to get the food is too long! The manager needs to put a little bit of attention to the cleaning of the restaurant. Some areas really need some cleaning! I must say that there is some nice employees.
Arrived Sunday at 8am, no line, but service was sort of slow. Half an hour before they took our order. In our case, gave us more time to converse. Coffee and hot water served in insulated pots. Omelette was huge, took half home for later.
