We waited 10 minutes for our drink order after being seated, despite the server seeing us. I wish they would have warned us about the wait, because it took 40 minutes after ordering and our food was cold and wrong. I understand being short staffed, but many of the staff were moving slowly and sitting on their phones. Communication is key and it would have been much easier if they had just told us.
Our waitress was so fun and nice! I don't remember her name but she had a very cute Halloween type tattoo on her forearm! She was so much fun and joked with us making the whole experience a great one, she checked on us frequently and by the time we were done eating she already made sure she had our checks ready. Amazing!
We came for my birthday and we were seated our water was in a angry mood and my coffee mug had some lipstick on it and we told him and didn’t want to say sorry and thy didn’t want to make my Oreo milkshake even when they could make it. And bathrooms are filthy

we arrived the wait was 25 minutes..they seat us down and then forgot about us and didn’t attend us till 15 minutes then my mom asked someone to attend us, and as they attended us my mom asked for coffee they brought her a cup and it had lipstick stained on it. the food was alright though.
I visited with my family after a family tragedy, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. They were short staffed that day, but they still served us with the smile, with compassion and great service!
I had the strawberry banana pancake combo, brought b half of it home and ate it the next morning, and afternoon, lol! But seriously, it was delish!
