Yummy breakfast, huge portions and friendly staff!
Stopped in on our way for spring break with our family of 5. Food was amazing with huge portions and very reasonably priced. Definitely will come again if in this area of San Diego!
Discovered this cafe a few months ago and let me tell you, the food it's delicious ? I had a favorite local place to eat breakfast at but Home Sweet Home Cafe is now my favorite! Staff are friendly ?I love how they give your little ones a toy they can choose from. My kids love going there for that reason also bc of their delicious pancakes! One thing I loved about this place are their coffee mugs. Highly recommend this place if you want to try something new ?
Four of us went for breakfast. Great food and service! The food looked so that dig in before taking pics (except for this giant cinnamon roll).
THE BEST LITTLE DINER EVER! Food is always amazing. Breakfast is the best around. Whole family loves this tiny gem. Bacon gravy and breakfast scrambles to die for. Monte Cristo is great. Service is wonderful and everyone is so Friendly. LOVE THIS PLACE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤☕??? ???
Friendly service and Heldy portions.
Loved this place. Been looking for a great breakfast spot outside of driving across the county to get to black bear diner and the same taste and hospitality of The Hamburger Factory. Will definitely be returning for many more breakfasts
The service was excellent. There was allot of parking this time around. We have tried to go here 3 other times and could not find parking. We got sat almost right away. My wife got asked for coffee refills 2-4 times. I also got asked to refill my ice tea. Everyone had a smile and was very pleasant. My huavos rancheros we're excellent. My wife and I ordered the half order of the biscuits and gravy. My only criticism would be the gravy needs to slightly hotter temperature and the sausage need to be a tiny bit spicy.
Good food, but parking is a nightmare
Great place off the beaten path to stop and get a home style breakfast. This place has all the classics. Loved the big fluffy pancakes, breakfast burrito, hash skillets, and big omelets. Portions are big and prices are great! This is not a "fresh pressed" juice place or stop for a latte, they just have regular coffee, but everyone gets a different fun mug. Turnover is fast,, good service, and you get your food quick. Place is on the smaller side, so usually a small wait, but grab a seat at the bar if there's one open.
