The food was awful and so over priced the restaurant really need Robert Irvine spiders webs on the wall and I paid $54 for pancakes and a chicken salad I wasn't impressed at all I was better off going to the Mac Donald's or Dennys probably would save me money and I would enjoy the meal. On the brighter note the staff was amazingly friendly.
First time to the Golden Egg and I was impressed. The menu was extensive and we will have to go back and try more stuff.My Son had an omelet that was do stuffed ge had to use a spoon, I had the patty melt and it was classically perfect! The food was great and the service was amazing!!!!!!
We went out for a early early Mother's Day breakfast...so we went to the Golden Egg Omelet House. It had been a while and we had forgotten how good it was.Being it was Mother's Day, my wife was given a carnation...so nice.The food. The food was wonderful and delicious. The portions were also quite large too. As far as choices, so many to choose from...or you can customize one of your own.
Excellent service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated with a full house immediately. Our drink ordered taken, which set the tone for the rest of the service. Although, they were extremely busy, our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time and our order came so quickly. The food was delicious. I had the French Toast with a side of bacon (so crispy yum) and my husband had an omelette that he enjoyed.The cook came out from the kitchen to say hi! Excellent! We will be back.
Portions were big but service was okay and a bit overpriced. There was an older couple sitting next to us making rude comments about the amount of food we ordered and literally faced their chairs towards our table and as the tables are so close it made us uncomfortable.

Went on a Saturday morning and was shocked at the high prices. But we were already there and hungry so we ordered. I got the eggs benedict and it was fantastic. If I wanted extra hollandaise sauce it would cost me 4 dollars. 6 if you want 2 pieces of bacon on the side. This however, will not stop me from coming back for a great breakfast! Just not as often as I would like. Would love to see the windchimes moved. My tall son got one caught in his hair. That part was just tacky. You have to walk around hunched over. I'm 5'4" and I still had to bend over!
Great choices of breakfast. Veggie options and huge pancakes. I had the special with 2 scramble eggs, hash brown taters and the 2 pancakes, comes with butter and syrup. Different potato casserole options too. Yum. Come hungry!
Huge omelets, very yummy. Huge pancakes. Vegetarian and gluten free options. Dudley's bread!
