after giving up on this dominos due to horrible wait times i figured id give it a shot again. After ordering nearly 4 hours ago my pizza has been sitting in quality check for hours. i have attempted to call to cancel but ive just been on hold. ive attempted to reach out online but i cant complain or cancel until the pizza arrives. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. YOU WILL BE STUCK WAITING FOR 5+ HOURS.
Always good pizza! But the last time I ordered for pickup a weird thing happened that has shaken my faith in mankind. I ordered on the app and it opened the Pizza Tracker and said that my pizza was being prepared. A couple of minutes later, it said my pizza was "in the oven." About 10 minutes later, I set out for the store, which was a 5 or 6 minute drive. I parked and walked inside (I was the only customer there) and the guy told me that my pizza was put in the oven "just now" and would be ready in about 8 minutes. I was shocked, since the Pizza Tracker said it was in the oven over 15 minutes ago. I told the guy this and he said they'd just gotten a lot of orders and that "the Pizza Tracker isn't always accurate." What?! NOT always accurate? I was floored, I mean there are few things you can count on these days, but I have always trusted the Dominos Pizza Tracker. I learned the truth about Santa Claus, then the Easter Bunny, found out diet soda actually DOES taste different from regular, and now this belief in Dominos is shattered too. Oh well, I eventually got my pizza and it was really good.
Night manager is horrible and has no customer service skills and actually raised his voice to me. After I wait ed over 1 hr. And then received cold food.He even admitted that everyone says he is horrible. And has been there 14 years. I will never go there and suggest no one goes there
Three hours for delivery and only a mile away. I went in to the store instead of waiting and they said still 20 more minutes. Apparently I was moved ahead of 20 people. This is a joke. I asked them to give back my delivery charge and I was told I would have to start my order over. 4 hour of wait with attitude by gm. The guy in front of me got a lot better service and was even offered refund plus food. I guess my skin isn't the right color.
They were incredibly backed up on pizzas, especially delivery. There just weren't enough people working BUT they were non stop trying to get pizzas made and sent out. We originally made an online order, ended up going there cus we were told of how backed up they were by one of the managers, and they ended up giving us our pizza discounted for the delay. At first I was upset, but I realize they are short staffed and doing literally everything they can to get orders done. They had several people waiting, phone calls constantly and yet they were pushing out pizzas like crazy. I know hard workers when I see them and while others are probably posting negative reviews out of anger, I realize these workers are in a difficult position and are doing what they can while still trying to maintain loyalty with their customers. Yes, we will deff order again, maybe just not on the weekends and we will call ahead to make sure they aren't swamped. To other customers, patience is key, but kindness goes a long way. Workers, keep it up! And Thank you!
I like dominos pizza if your hiring i like to be in the customer service rep. It’s just one whole pizza to me. I have service experience in the beginning I was used good. It be if it says I like you to go back to work. I had 3:00am to 12:00?pm shifts wasn’t part time. Gotta see I got dental done i eat good I don’t do soda wrong working in a large store.
Pizza never arrived. Waited over 2 hours. Was on hold for 45 minutes before I decided to just hang up. Don’t bother ordering anything at this location.
Occasionally I'll get some burned brownies, but this team is usually very good, pays attention to the details of my special orders and always delivers quickly! Thanks
rude employees, they don't answer the phone and orders take a long time to arrive and cold
This dominos is ridiculous. They always screw up our order and the staff is rude. Completely unprofessional. They don't have a clue as to what they are doing.
