Super quick delivery. Pizza arrived hot and ready to eat!
Not very happy. I tried to order using thr App. It spun in circles stated the app was not working call the store. When I got to the store they would not honor the App coupon. I left without a pizza. Very bad customer service.
Today was a very sad day. I've been ordering over the phone the same pizza for the same deal for years now. Today I was told I have to go online to get that same deal can't do it over the phone anymore. That has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I've heard in a while from a company. They couldn't just order themselves or make other provisions I had to go online and do it myself is what they said. I told them I would be going elsewhere for my food needs today and they gladly allowed me to leave hung up the phone and here I am. By far one of the stupidest customer service I've ever experienced. Good day Domino's I wish you well but I don't have much desire to be told by you that I need to go do something that was easily done over the phone for years and you've lost my business for good.
This location was really clean and nicely kept. The people were excellent. On their game. And the food was beautiful and taste delicious.
We got some gift cards here and decided to use them. Service was fast and helpful, food was prepared safely and delicious
Dominos needs to reopen thier lobby for customers, for better service.
Don't waste your time if you have a 100 dollar bill or a 50 dollar bill this place doesn't make enough poor onwer
Usually this place is pretty great but the other day most of our food was burned and the pasta didn't look full. Maybe just a hard night because like I said, usually the food is good.
How has this location not been shut down. All 3/3 of my items WE NOT cooked through and cold when they arrived. I asked for the pizza & wings(wings to be through the oven twice) well done and they are not even cooked completely? This is disgusting and a health hazard. They said delivery time was 20 minutes so they were not busy. How does anyone let this food be sent out?! I had them bring another order of wings the way I requested and they are also, super squishy and cold.Do Not Order Here.
My family and love Domino's Pizza and I live this store on E Valley Pkwy and Citrus! The store is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Last night they let me pick up even though it was gonna be ready after 10pm. (I deliver food for a living and don't like paying for delivery when I am capable of doing it myself lol its a mind thing). Anyways, they once again went above and beyond and the food was phenomenal!
