We were surprised to have to be buzzed in the restaurant! Right on the outside of the building were homeless young people laying together against the building! The manager/host was rude and yelling at people! I just used the restroom and we decided to leave! I wouldn't bring children there or go late at night!

Older building. From the outside it doesn't look to appealing. Had the French Toast Slam for brunch. Drink was delivered. Then about 5 minutes received the food. Very hot and appetizing... But wait still hadn't received any utensils. Waitress was friendly and a little humorous. That was nice. Very good attentive follow-up service too.
My husband and I came here for lunch time, after a long hike, so we were very hungry.I ordered a “Supreme Sizzling skillet” without the sausage and cheese.Husband got a Eggs Benedict with ham & without hollandaise.I loved my order because potatoes weren’t greasy as in other locations. Husband’s hash browns were well cooked and crispy.
I ordered for curbside pickup and was there early. I called to let them know I was there like the email said to do. 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready I call again to make sure they knew I was there. The person answering the phone was not the friendliest but did bring out my order 10 mins later. When I got home, the sandwich bag with the jelly and syrup had an empty container of syrup. It was not spilled everywhere, it was a used opened container. I called to let them know and the manager said I would receive an email with a coupon. I told him I was not trying to get a full refund but wanted them to be aware of what was put in the bags so that wouldn't happen again. I never received the email. I would have been happy if they at least gave me back the tip I gave them.
I ate at this restaurant on Sunday with my family, I explained to the waitress that I was allergic to dairy. She was very informative and explained to me that they cook everything in butter, she went and talked to her manager who was pre occupied, her manager quietly handed her an allergy menu that clearly stated that there eggs, hash browns and, English Muffen were dairy free. I ask the waitress if I could order these choices and she honestly explained to me that everything is cook in butter. The manager was unconserned about the issue and I ended up order eggs whites with tomatoes and spinach that tasted like tomatoes. I'm not sure if the waitress was uninformed or if they were simply not cooking the food as outlined on the menu. I left hungry and felt bad for leaving a full bowl of fruit that came with the dish I ordered. I would have preferd some broccoli. I'm hoping that the manager Learns be more concerned about her guests and that the staff is more informed on the ingredients listed on their allergy menu.
Best t-day meal available. No fuss, no muss, easy to order, ready on time, and delicious.
