I went in with my family today and was spoken to rudely by Gerardo. His badge reads asst manager. After reading the previous comments of bad reviews I see this Dairy Queen needs some employee intervention. Gerardo shame on you for your poor professionalism. Aiden ended up helping us. He was polite but when I asked for the owners card or phone number he said he didn’t know it. You work for an establishment and don’t know who your boss is. Sounds fishy to me. My husband asked for the code to the bathroom. Gerardo hurriedly walked away saying the code is on the receipt. We didn’t have a receipt cause we hadn’t yet ordered anything. Then he came back to the register and yelled out the code. And said something under his breath to my face. I asked him to repeat himself. He wouldn’t. He went rambling on to say the bathrooms are blocked off,the woman’s restroom is closed. Sounded to me like he was fumbling his words to back track his previous rudeness.

I was undecided between having a regular cone, a hot fudge Sunday or a cookie dough blizzard so I got a hot fudge Sunday and asked if they could add cookie dough not it and they said “no problem!” The woman who took my order was very nice, I paid through the drive through and didn’t wait very long at all! Will be back for sure!

We didn't get even 3 things we paid for after being asked to park in a certain area. We paid for extra things and sauces, they gave us nothing we ordered. Basically, very bad first impression!

This place Is very unprofessional the staff is rude and hard to work with. They gave such a bad attitude if you don’t like ur job then find another one. There are many places hiring right now. Why do you participate in the app if you do not let your customers use the promotions in the app??? You switch and bait on your prices compared to the app. I understand that this is a privately owned Dairy Queen but if the owners do not care about how their employees are treating their customers you will not be in business very long. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau to make an complaint.

When the store owner gives you a free ice cream comp. When i went to redeem it, it was denied. But wait it gets better. I was verbally attacked by all 3 drive thru employees. They assured i was lying. After 20 mins of them arguing with me my name suddenly appears on a list of other names. Instead of them remaking my ice cream because it sat there melting the entire time they were arguing with me i said please make me another one, that's when it went to the F word and B word being used towards me. Mind my kids are in the back seat. Then they slammed their window and gave me the old fashion middle finger. This place has taken a turn for the worst. Stay away not worth the disrespect over a 3 dollar ice cream. God Bless this young millennials.

This is my first time eating here and their ice cream were the best I enjoyed it

Obviously the ice cream is good. When it says dine in available and see a hand written not on the door saying “drive thru only” seems like covid laziness. It’s annoying and I doubt it’s corporate policy.

Food was great. Order person, when we asked to clarify if it was 5 or 6 buzzards ordered, he insisted 3 times he said 5, not 6 as we all heard in the car. Just say ooh sorry yes 5 weather you think you are right or not.

To be fair, these all seemed like teenagers on their first job out of high school, so at least they are working. Employees had no idea how to use the DQ gift card I gave them. Service took forever in the drive-through. I received a wrong burger. Just a frustrating experience overall. I should have just gone somewhere else.
