The store was dirty and the counter by the register was filthy. The person working there did not come out right away we had to wait. She just barely shuffled around and came out to unlock the case for us to purchase something. We also ordered a gotta have it. I was so grossed out I threw the ice cream out! Will never go there again! Cold Stone was my favorite ice cream but not any more!
Love their ice cream but it sucks that they came out with new flavors and we can't try them, like now I'm craving the new flavors but I dont want to risk paying for something I might not like, they said because the covid situation yet they allow people with no mask go in
My ice cream was half melted when I received it, and the smoothie was overly sweet. The cups were both sticky and the girl serving them wasn’t wearing gloves.

Ordered a triple pint of my favorite Cheesecake Fantasy online. When I got home, it looked like they used literally the same amount of berries and pie crust as for a regular size ice cream. So it was basically just vanilla ice cream for $19!
Asked for a milkshake sorry no milkshakes at 4:30 pm asked for a banasplit same thing no service asked for for a waffle cone no service so covid or cold stone who is to blame when i just want basic icecream stuff

Terrible customer service,..the girl had me waiting in there while she was counting the money and I ended up walking out,..lazy and terrible customer service
Service is bad, employees are not trained in basic skills, food is overcooked or greasy. Beer is good. Two stars for beer. Will not coming back.
