The manager here is horrible and poor leadership. We had 2 people in our group order half rack of ribs and one person order a full rack. When our food arrived we all recived half racks. The waitress that help us, bless her, even indicated that the ribs the one person recived was NOT a full rack. She went to talk to the manager that prepared the food and said basically 6 ribs are a full rack. And basically the only thing they can offer instead of getting what we actually order was a discount on the meal. Probably one of the worst experiences. Ive worked at a fast casual restaurant before and as a supervisor I always made sure to own up to mistakes and compensate for the issue. But the manager that Monday night on the 30th of this month did nothing but provide a discount on the meal. She didnt even offer the full rack we originally ordered. So disappointed.
I’m from out of town and I'm working on a project nearby. The first time last week the food was good and the waitress.was on point. Very attentive. I sat by the windows and I noticed that they are dirty with splash marks on them. The left sink on the mens restroom did not work.Today I came in and was seated right away. My waiter Christian, took my order. The food was brought by someone in the kitchen promptly. I needed a refill of tea and wanted to order some dessert. My waiter didn’t come back ,ever. So I promptly paid and was walking out. I was going to talk to the manager but she was called up front and she never came. Also the windows are still dirty and the same left faucet is still not working.COVID related my guess …
Chili's food was SO good years ago when they first opened. Just meh now. Too salty.The staff's where it's at !! Sarah, our foodserver, was a doll ! Staff are super nice. We received happy greetings, thanks for coming and come back soon!
Things have really gone down hill, the steaks are smaller. They gave me cold loaded mash potatoes. When I asked for warm, they gave regular mash potatoes. The hosts are usually on their phones as you enter. I would give a 0, because my last two visits were like this. I use to love Chili's. Now I'm avoiding it.
I walked in to place a to go order. The first thing I noticed is that the front parking spaces (in front of the door) were for pick up customers and the handicap spaces were off to the side, further away....not cool.Then, after placing my order, I sat down to wait for it. As I'm sitting there, I noticed years worth of dust accumulated on top of the crossbar wood on the ceiling. I don't think I'll ever "dine in" here after seeing what could actually drop into the food that I'm trying to eat.
service was great for was decent, restaurant was clean.
great food for the price. the two for $25 is the way to go. the choices for the meal for the price excellent. chips and salsa and appetizers and drinks for six just a bit over $100. excellent customer service. I'm coming back. recommend you try if you havent
Service was really good. Food was pretty good as well, but we ordered the chips and salsa. The chips were broken and extra salty, seem like it was the bottom of the bag. We weren't offered a refill even though it was bottomless
Through the years Chili's food quality and customer service has declined. We've asked for 2 plates (to share an entree) and serving spoon. 2 plates we had to ask second time but serving spoon never came. I've noticed that the server has a very long artifical nails...imagine the bacteria underneath those fake nails...yikes. I thought this is not allowed in a food industry. We have to think twice before going back.
Came in for chips and salsa while I had time to kill in the area. The staff were friendly and quick to bring drinks. The bar area has plenty of TV on the wall to catch a game while enjoying a drink.
