I love the salads ? always fresh
I just walked in for a drink. I paid, got the receipt and the staff just walked away and left me standing there. One was chatting with a customer at a table. Others were busy with the drive thru. After maybe 5 minutes, I flagged someone down to ask how long it takes just to get a drink! They might be good if you drive thru, but definitely not for walk up service. The drink was good though and the place is clean.
Possibly the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. I come here very often on Tuesday’s mornings during my commute up the 15 and the drive thru and mobile order carry out take a very long time. Food is always good and they get it right but really slow!
Quick, easy, and polite. Given the amount of people in the line the staffing managed to push the line quickly with out sacrificing the quality and presentation of food.
So very bad we were like ½ hr waiting at the driver thru that didn't even move one car forward. There are two lanes and yet nothing was happening. One two then three cars left the lines and drove away. One more but she parked went in and out while we're still waiting nothing changed se left and went inside. Once inside er ordered out separate orders. No surprise not one person working there wore a mask the floors were sticky from spilt dried up soda. Another 20 min finally got my order, but my friend who ordered before me nothing and after 10 mins later I spoke up again at the so called manager. A young stuck up boy who did nothing about the floors, acted like clueless. The young pretty cashier and he were discussing what happened to the other order. As it turned out over 20 minutes ago the order was sitting on a shelf for an Uber pickup. The manager didn't apologize nor offered to remake our meals. When we're in there car again we remembered hey where is the soda that was ordered. Went back in... lame service very bad management and no hand sanitizer anywhere. Never going back out totally sucked. Cold food waisted an hour and a half. Outside still super long lines moving at a ridiculously slow pace. No refunds, no redos, no apologies and seriously the manager should step down.
The food is always good and service is fast but be sure you review your order thoroughly before driving off.

Unorganized drive through. They let people cut the line since there's no direction. Food was good but they incorrectly filled my order.
Wonderful management that trickles down as the employees are happy, clean , hardworking the the Spirit of God is welcome every time I visit.
This place is always packed because it has great service and they are quick. I probably go here about 50 to 60 times a year and maybe once or twice have they messed up my order but they always make it right.
