I ordered through there website a 2scoop sundae with rainbow sherbet ice cream,extra pineapple topping with almonds & a cherry,the door dasher brought it I opened it & it was 2 scoops of cotton candy icream with strawberry toppings I called the store to tell the them employee tells me we’ll we don’t have pineapple toppings here I said it gave me that option that’s why I chose it & if you didn’t have it I wish I would’ve been informed since I just paid $15 for this & she goes silent & hangs up,will NEVER go here again
I’ve been waiting for the employee to return to work and it’s been over 20 minutes. I’m trying to pick up my cake. Not sure how this is a thing? It looks like 4:00 crossed out to 4:10?
Came in 5 minutes before closing, they told me they had already started closing. Wasted my time and gas to drive over. What’s the point of operating hours again?
One the worst place only one employee working there came to get a breeze tea and there were out of tea what a shame made me wait and came with nothing on my hands disappointing
First of all they messed up our order, and after waiting in line for another 10mins, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they were rude. The service was extremely slow.

I come weekly with grandaughter and the staff is friendly and patient with kids.
You will not be disappointed in the menu and service. The bill was average for the menu.
