Wow what a horrible experience I just had!!! General manager just discriminated nice lady right in front of me!!! She actually yelled at a Costomer!!! How she can be a general maneger if she treats people like that!!! I’ll tell all my friends to never go there since this is poor run business and I don”t want to be next yelled at!!! Very poor service!!!
Great Hamburgers and always fresh! Live coming here and bring the family on the weekends. With a variety of dishes everyone gets what they want plus the ice cream isn't that bad..lol. The parking lot is huge so no worries there. I would definitely recommend coming to this joint you won't be disappointed.
My order was to make it well done but the burger was almost raw, I asked them to make it well done and that took 10 min more of my time. Pay attention to what people want, because it's matter.
Terrible, mediocre service. Uncaring staff... They do not have the habit of repeating the order, as a result they make mistake. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich and a charburger when I got the order one chicken sandwich was missing. I asked for a refund, guess what... no refund in the store... I have to wait so Corporate office issue a credit. Once before this happened and credit was never issued.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic I asked the guy to put all of my orders into the separate boxes to keep my orders out of his touch, because he touched everything even credit cards and everything else and then he touched the food, he didn't listen to me and just asked me to get out of the store. I don't know why someone who doesn't appreciate and doesn't understand anything about these situation is working at there. I'm not come back to Encino store anymore. He was laughing on me.
