We are staying in the valley temporarily and after a survey of our friends and family the two sushi places most recommended were Katsu-Ya and Honshu. We were not disappointed. Truly remarkable service. Our favorite rolls were the BSC and the Popcorn Shrimp Spicy Tuna, but the Sesame Tuna appetizer was unique and bursting with flavor as well. We always get a few nigiri choices and they were all on par. The layout is fine, and the decor is classy. Parked down the residential street nearby as we didn't want to pay for the parking behind the building, although I thiiink they validate... All in all an excellent sushi experience
The food there was fantastic. The only bad thing I can say is the place is extremely noisy. It made it hard to have a conversation. However, the sushi was out of this world!
Hands down the best sushi I ever had in my life and that’s saying a lot because I’m normally very picky and particular about the quality of my sushi.

The 2nd locale for the once Studio City only small-time & humble chef. Sitting at the Sushi Bar with the Senior Japanese sushi chef that night was a blast & yummy! Tables boring & uneventful.
Amazing food. Very short wait, and amazing service. A very high end sushi joint and it really feels like one. Though a bit pricey, a great experience overall.
I love the restaurant but for some reason they removed my favorite appetizer from the menu, spicy tuna crab cones. Please return it!
Sushi is exquisite without being pretentious. Feels like a neighborhood joint.
