Love this Starbucks mostly bc of the drive thru staff, they are really awesome.
I understand Starbucks are always busy but I was so upset at how one of the workers treated me. Martha was so rude. I asked if she had one of my desserts in her basket since I already had gotten my drink. She then grabbed the basket and told me to wait and back off although, I wasn't even reaching to grab any. She said it would be right out. I waited nearly 25 minutes. And she checked the basket once again for another customer and turns out my dessert was all the way in the back from the others the whole time. Horrible customer service. If I can give 0 stars for this location I would.
Great place. Regulars smoke in the patio between backgammon games. But really nice guys if you ask them about their game. I didn't ask about the smoking. Good parking!
I never give bad reviews because I know there’s good days and bad days for everyone. Although, an employee named Martha always seems to have “ bad days”. I understand Starbucks is always busy but that fact that I have to wait and on top be treated disrespectfully by Martha is a little upsetting. It’s not the first or even third time she always gives attitude and screams at customers for asking about their order. A simple it’s not ready would do, but no she doesn’t have patience to deal with customers. Bad service overall.
I used to come to this Starbucks every single day two or three times a day now I come maybe one today and they are rude obnoxious sanctimonious and also they closed at 7:30 tonight and I would not recommend this place ever the assistant managers or the leads think they are the boss of everybody! they refused to let me in and it was only 7:15 ! I am blind and THEY refused to let me into the bathroom AND to put the numbers in cuz I couldn't seeTO do IT! I will not go to this place they don't make the drinks right when I did order a drink it tasted nothing like coffee nothing like the white chocolate mocha that I usually get and I asked them very politely Can You remake it and they threw a fit so do not go to this Starbucks on Ventura and Hayvenhurst by the way I used to work for Starbucks and when there's 4 people working you did not close at 7:30 especially since they were not busy at all tell to not go to this Starbucks go to the one down on Louise or any other Starbucks but don't go to this one they're rude they're very very uppity and you do not want them making drinks for you because they are never right
edit: and again these guys cannot be bothered, and NOW ignore when i even say what i say the order name. and the whole time my order is sitting there....you guys need to fix your customer service training, specially when it was a full store AND a trainee was being trained. im sooo not done with this!!!he people today. wow! and this used to be the Starbucks i would prefer, but i guess they hired attitude bombs

Beautiful location especially if you seat by the fountain outside! This place use to be a Barnes and Noble years ago, that just tells how long I have been going there. The whole shopping center has a lot to offer including restaurants and other retail front shops. This location is also well centralized and close to the frwy and everything else the city of Encino has to offer.
The food is always delicious and authentic here - pizza, pasta, salads, burrata, etc. They are legit and have a very welcoming staff. My only complaint is the 2 top tables are so small (but such is NYC)! You can also get in/out of here in under an hour if you need to, the waitstaff keeps things moving.
Excellent beef, wine and a good environment. 100% recommended! The entraña and the Asado is increíble!
