Delicious food , amazing staff and reasonable price
This place is amazing, so many great items and it’s so fresh and delicious. I would ask the staff for recommendations!
Didn't disappoint. Food was excellent. It was busy, and seemed they were short staffed so the food took a while. No compliants because the food was and the hostess was great.
The worst customer service. This place opens at 6 we waited outside of the store since 5:30. We tried calling them to make a reservation but restaurant was closed and no answer. When they opened the owner lady asked if we have a reservation we said no and she said sorry I can't give you a table. I told her there was no way to make a reservation because you were closed and she said no tabls and turned her back and walked away.
Food tastes good, but the shabu shabu at $45 a head was a little over priced.
We had a really bad experience here from when we first walked in. The hostess/waitress was super rude and was making snide comments about our inability to decide what to order since it was our first time. We felt really uncomfortable because it was obvious she did not like us, or anyone else for that matter. We ordered the ribeye which was very tough and the teriyaki chicken which was really good. But for just a few plates we paid $80 and left a sizable tip even though the service was terrible, because we saw the chefs in the back working so hard.
What a wonderful dining experience I had here. Very traditional Japanese dishes and flavors. I really enjoy the grilled dishes and the onigiri. The larger meals and noodles are good sized portions too. This place can get crowded during dinner hours, so don’t get surprised. The food is completely worth the wait.
Great food and our waitress was so wonderful. Our food came out so fast. Will visit again soon.
