Amazing Omakase where you can tell everything was made with care. Delicious flavors, great presentation and the chef guides you through a nice experience. It’s almost like traveling (use your imagination) and tasting the food from specific places.I recommend trying to bring yourself to be as present as you can be and you’ll enjoy this meal at the most.Make your reservation and honor it. Cancel ahead of time if you can’t go.

Amazing sushi omakase. Only 8 seats available and a reservation is a must. The chef was very personable and every piece of nigiri was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend the tofu mousse at the end.
Chef Take-san is very engaged with his diners and every dish he served was made to perfection. Only 8 diners per seating so he only has 16 diners per night. Highly recommend Shin Sushi and he truly deserves his Michelin star.

One of the best sushi I've ever had in my life. The sushi rice was just right and perfect - a little warm, so airy and light, the rice not sticking together. When the sushi rice is right, you know the sushi is true authentic sushi. The fish was so fresh as well. Sooooo good!!
Omakase sushi experience. Reservations will be required. Reservation was made about a week before hand. The sushi chef was very fun to watch having soft jazz play in the background as he would dance and create the sushi at the same time. The taste of everything was beyond normal sushi quality. Every piece of fish was unique to what the chef wants you to experience so no visit may be the same. All I can say is I see why they have received a Michelin star
