Horrible food. Actually, shameful that an establishment would serve what they serve and call it food. It was my first experience and I will never go back. How does someone ruin a hamburger? For a publicly traded company to do this evidences once truthful fact, it is more (all) about the money. Serving proper, quality food (expensive as well) is a lingering thought. Truly horrible.
Great customer service best burgers and shakes in town hands down take my word you won't be disappointed
I've heard people rave abut Shake Shack for years and I honestly cant' understand why. The burger was Meh at best. The only reason they got 2 stars was because I did like their fries.

I can't place a zero star, but i would if I would , it's an embarresment I order a bacon avacado burger , it's a miniature not worth the 10 bucks I paid for it , might as well get the same size at McDonald's. Everything is expensive but food should still be worth the price and got very few fries doesn't feel like I got fries , I asked fo cheese it wasn't even on the fries they send it on the side I could have just gotten the kraft cheese in my fridge in that case . I expected melted cheese on my fries . And didn't get Buffalo sauce I ordered on the side .this would be the last place I come to and there's worse places I would rather go to
Good but not great. I was expecting more from a burger that cost $14 with fries. I would not come back unless it was the only option. Service was fast. Make sure to have proof of vacation if dining inside.
Good food, good people. A little bit disorganized with restocking condiments, but no biggy place is great!
Food was cold, employees not on point. Pick up time was 5:09 didn't get it till 5:16. Was just sitting on the counter the whole time. First and only time ill go to this hyped up disappointment of a burger joint.
The double smoke shack burger is amazing. I love that spicy bite. Easy parking in the structure. Restaurant staff are amazing and they keep the place spotless. Thorough vaccine checking. High fives all around.
