Good staff, convenient location, especially pleased around the clock working time, the menu does not always have all the positions, but the little things. The waiting time is not long, if something is wrong, they quickly change. The traffic is slightly less than in other branches, but so much the better.
Do not order from this McDonald's on any apps. For about 4 years now everytime my family orders from this location, they screw up every meal. Most importantly the notes and extra condiments on the side. They give u fries and no ketchup then they give you cold chicken nuggets with no sauce. The workers can not read English enough to get the online orders right! I believe McDonald's needs to add English training with all employees. They simply can't read here!
By good my apple pie was not fresh.Was chewy and inedible had to trash it.
I always go to fundraising nights for Kester Elementary school, The only time I'd be caught dead at McDonald's as this is empty nutrition for children. But on occasion I can support the unhealthy nutritional traditional value in the event itself. Now that my shameless unplug is done I will say every time I have visited this location in support of the school. I have always had my order taken and produced correctly which is often a feat for McDonald's drive-through. Everything was perfect employees were great great good attitude smile on their face and polite. As I've said in many of my reviews service is a number one and can go a long way so even when I'm not hyped about the food itself that service will always surpass in reviewing nis viewing an establishment good for you McDonald's in Encino Sherman oaks

Quick service, clean dining room, friendly staff.
I was a bit disappointed because I ordered my food online and walked to pick it up. It wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to wait 6 additional minutes. What is the point of ordering in advance waiting 10 minutes before walking to pick it up and still having to wait. Ugh. The food was as good as Mikey Dees can be but just took so long to be prepared.

After an annoying day from work the last thing I want to deal with is lies.This McDonald’s always plays games with me.When ever I try to use the McDonald’s app and get food at a discount price.They always charge me full price12/09/2021 at 12:24am this Armenian woman at the drive through.did the same thing again.Avoid this McDonald’s if your trying to use the app they will charge you full price. And be lied to saying you did it.
Cleanest restaurantI ha e ever seen. And proper uniforms and very kind employees.
