Excellent Thai food! Extensive menu. Lots of easy parking. Warning.. Spicy means spicy so don't be a hero lol get the medium spice level unless you are used to Thai hot.
I have eaten here for years. Just went again and it has completely changed. The ingredients were totally different, unrecognisable. The green curry tasted like chicken soup. No discernible coconut, wasn't green, couldn't taste any lemon grass, no sweetness. It didn't taste like green curry at all. Never eating there again.
For a place that was superb in past visits, it has certainly gone down the drain. Went in for a coconut soup (easy kill). The soup was so sour I had to stop eating it half way. They completely over did it withe lemon, lemon grass and the citric acid. The steamed rice was so over cooked that once I got a little deeper than half an inch it was more of a solid piece of paste. This was most certainly TRASH FOOD!Then to top off the ordeal I was sent on my way without utensils, napkins and sauces that most places include without asking! I know that inflation is starting to infiltrate our lives, but, seriously, how much can a plastic spoon, napkin and two soy sauce packets impact a business. I would gladly pay for utilitarian items that I NEED TO EAT THEIR VERY EXPENSIVE FOOD!Will not be visiting Lum Ka Naad again.Blachh! ??The SUPER SOUR TASTE is still in my mouth!
Wonderful authenticity.I was a little intimidated by the large menu, but thankfully every dish we ordered well exceeded my expectations. The standout dish was the beef noodle soup, I highly recommend it whether it is ordered spicy or mild. It's a rich and balanced taste that I've not found in other Thai restaurants. The other famous dishes, pad see ew and pineapple fried rice, were also distinctly tasteful. There were also a good selection of northern and southern Thai dishes I did not have the occasion to try, but I suspect they would not disappoint.Regarding value, I felt that each dish was enough for a single person. The price is about right for the portion, while the quality is very good. The service was attentive and quite courteous. Meanwhile the decor of the restaurant itself created a comfortable atmosphere. I would encourage anyone looking for a good night to come here.
Can never go wrong with anything you order here. Great customer service and they take pride in food they prepare and serve. Pricey, but worth it, if you are looking for authentic Thai cuisine.
Very authentic with a nice variety of traditional dishes. The pad thai is good but a little bit bland. The flavor is not very distinctive but its fair.Service is fast and easy.Recommend parking in the back. Its a bit of a maze. The food is good not amazing but its a good option if your in a hurry.
It was OK. I question if the main chef quit due to Covid19.Food is not restaurant quality.
Didn't have a great experience. Staff was not very attentive and made mistakes with order. Food was overly salty and service sloppy and slow. Had a much better experience at the Northridge location. Maybe it was just an off night but am not likely to return.
Amazing food that is packed with flavor. I highly recommend the drunken noodles. The squid salad is delicious and the Tom Kha Khai is sour and sweet. This is my favorite Thai restaurant.
YUMDelicious food--freshly prepared. Large variety in the menu. Ample portions. Large comfortable space with room between diners for covid. Friendly staff and fast service. Free parking lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
