I have been to this location a few times and it is unbearably slow. They get a lot of delivery orders, so at times it does not seem busy, however minutes will pass before they even begin to start making your sandwich.I decided to write up this review after my last experience. There were only 3 of us in line and I did not begin to place my order for over 5 minutes. Then once I placed my order, they did not begin making the sandwich for another 4-5 minutes. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for. And i told them my sandwich? They never even started it. Instead, they made 4 delivery order sandwiches instead. I decided to cancel my order and walk out.This is only an issue if you are in need of a quick sandwich. I could be more patient, but I only had about 10-12 minutes to spare and there was no way I was leaving before then.TLDR: They have to make delivery sandwich orders so it takes a long time if you are a walk-in.
Wow, what a change of pace today compared to my previous experiences. And my encounter today was with the store owner, no less.My order was placed with the incorrect store, due to a glitch with the app I used when ordering. This has happened on occasion, and each time the store has fulfilled the order and dealt with it on their end between the two stores. Not today.Not only was my order not fulfilled today, but the person I dealt with was incredibly blunt and rude about it. Rather than trying to help, he just kept saying “oh so this is MY fault?” and kept telling me I needed to pay again, as if any blame needed to be placed at all. To say I was surprised to learn this person owned the franchise is an understatement.I sincerely hope this person was just having a bad day, and that this doesn’t reflect the typical experience one might expect to have at this location, and I will try to find it in my heart to give them another chance to prove it.
I really like the subs here and they have a great menu too. And they have a great staff here too.
Clean and good service. But not.my favorite sandwich place in the area.
Great fast food subs. Bread is the best and that's important when your meal is a sandwich. chicken cheesesteak ok, not great. Roast beef excellent for fast food.
UPD. Hey guys, I was here for the second time. I asked for extra "juice" and I saw the employee poured a lot. But when I started to eat - I didnt feel it all. Your juice is mixed with water or something? It was super bland. Please fix it. I ll update my review once you reply again. Day of purchase : 6.4.2021 at around 1-2pmTypical Jersey Mike - clean inside, staff is friendly, good ingredients. My concern is when I asked for "Mike's way" - they put TOO MUCH pepper in my sub. This is the first time it happens. I didnt know Mike loves pepper so much smh

The crew are always pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately parking can sometimes be an issue and they don't have seating indoors or out.

COVID REVIEW:I ordered here during lunch time and they do not have outdoor dining. However, their service was fast and efficient despite being busy and I felt safe ordering even though everything was hands-on (since it's a sandwich place). They had efficient protection and they placed dining tables in front of the counter for added distance.It's so good that when I took lunch, these birds in the picture were dying to have some.
