I must always go when it’s busy but I waited 20 minutes before I got my drink. Many ppl got theirs bfr me even though I ordered bfr them. I saw the only green drink being made and assumed it was mine. Saw it was clearly a small when I ordered a lg Apple n Greens. The guy making it just let it sit in the 1st blender that clearly wasn’t working as he kept moving drinks to another one. But mine sat there. Waiting. Not blending for at least 5-7min while he made others. He eventually moved it to another blender and then again to another blender. Finally it got to the pourer and she realized it was clearly the wrong size (confirming it was mine) she added a couple scoops of mango purée and put it back on the blender. Poured it out and tried serving it to me w a clear inch and 1/2 from top! I told her it was clearly the wrong size and asked if they could remake it since they already tried adding stuff and didn’t want it to taste wrong. She said ok but told the guy to just add more purée. He did. So I repeated if he could please just remake it bc it’s been blended 6 times now! And was clearly the wrong size. Also fyi now there are only a couple ppl waiting and no longer crowded. He remade it but he puts it on blender 1 again and it fails to blend and just sits there. She comes over and moves it, seeing it wasn’t blended. She blends it for a couple seconds and serves it in a cup. I can see the line separations in the cup and obviously it wasn’t blended. But I take the drink bc I know the portions will at least taste normal. Of course I kept getting chunks of purée and pieces of kale stuck to my teeth. It tasted as it should though. I only give 3 stars bc the staff was friendly… considering how busy they were in the beginning even if she intentionally tried serving me a small drink and then later served me a partially blended drink. They did remake my drink as requested.
Poor customer service. They don't even notice you are there.
