This spot simply knows how to treat their clients. Constantly with a nice mindset. The food is conveniently priced, always yummy and neat.

I usually love this place. Our favorite is the viva Mexico. It’s always such a treat. Unfortunately, I just had a pretty terrible customer service experience at your Encino Location on Ventura. We tried to call in an order for pick up and I was on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was told that they were extremely busy and I would need to wait a few more minutes. After a few minutes I had already arrived at the store where I found no other customers. When I mentioned I had been on hold I was responded to very rudely and given no response. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and I’m normally very patient and always willing to wait my turn. However, this was clearly someone just not wanting to do their job. TheTeam member’s name was Nicholas. I think you should know he’s treating your customers poorly.

They obviously need more help. They had me waiting for 30 minutes for a simple salad. Unheard of. About 4 customers ahead of me got their order before mine was made.
