AN wonderful food experience that I gained over here after an long time with my friends I really enjoyed the food.
They have a nice bar area, I love the appetizers, the portion sizes for the wings are a little too small for my liking, but if you get the grilled ranch chicken quesadilla plate that one is massive. I had their grand coconut margarita, absolutely delicious. Bartender was great!
Our go to place for a quick bite on out way to someplace better. That is not meant as a derisive comment, but to merely say...we dig this place. Babybacks are well made and BBQ sause is rich and flavorful. My best half loves the sliders. Salads are fresh and the ranch dressing is a nice complement to the greens. All in all a quick satisfying feed at a reasonable price.
The most horrible place to dine in if you are in Encino. This place is filthy. The personnel is arrogant and rude. Managers don't care about improving this place even when you bring their attention to the service issues and general hygiene of this place. We just had the most horrible experience ever with 2 kids. The host appeared in like 20 minutes and couldn't even speak clearly from all the smoking they do on the back. The table was very very dirty. I mean it looked like someone just threw up on it. These people don't bother to clean it unless you ask them numerous times. There is a lot of aggressive crowd as well, so it is not recommended for families with kids or dating couples. We were simply disgusted by this place. I will never ever spend a dime in there given that I used to leave very generous tips to them in a past. I hope they go out of business, so some good carrying business can take over this food dumpster.

Our waiter, Ethan, was incredibly attentive and professional. Dine-in service here is always fantastic — food is always hot and very good. My wife loves their monthly $5 margarita deals. Totally love going here.Chili's To-Go at this location is awful, however. Placed a large order for a family gathering and they couldn't have messed things up much more than they did. 2 missing street corns, missing ribs, missing garlic breads and fries. Food was cold and they were 15 minutes late from our scheduled pickup time. The manager said they'd send me a gift card for the issues but never received anything. Reached out to Brinker's corporate office and they've ghosted me for weeks. Edit — they got back to me and refunded the entire order.Overall takeaway —Dine-In: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5To-Go: ⭐/5

Chili's is one of my favorite haunts. And hands down, one of the top spots to get a quality steak dinner at a reasonable price. Service is always outstanding. That's why I keep coming back.
