This place is very busy but worth the trip for lunch. Probably the best lunch in a long time. Part of the store has a variety of lovely desserts to choose from and it's very photo-worthy with all the vibrant colors. Although the desserts are amazing, they are average in taste. Although I thought it seemed very crowded, the wait for a table is only 5 minutes. Add to your plans - it's worth it.

As we got there they took us to our table through the kitchen to a dark stuffy room. Then when we looked at menu, we couldn’t believe the prices. A regular salad $30 and the cheapest food for $34. When the food came very low quality of food. The service was okay. That was our first and last visit to this place.

Amazing service, our server was amazing very accommodating and attentive and the food was amazing definitely coming here again!

Good food and great service makes a difference

My wife and I decided to Buca di Beppo to celebrate Mexican Mother’s Day since Sunday I was on the line cooking for almost 12 hours. (12 pm to 11:30 pm) Our visit got off to a rocky start and to be honest didn’t fare very well.My wife approached the hostess and was overlooked. Literally the hostess helped a gentleman that walked up after my wife but never acknowledged her until I stepped forward. We were escorted at a booth and it took a while before anyone came to talk to us. A gentleman came up to us and took our order. He said that he would pass it on to our server who would be over shortly. He didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink, he just walked away with our order. We sat there undisturbed , pondering if our order was really placed or not.About half an hour later our server came up and took our drink order. He apologized for the wait and walked away. A few minutes later all our food came out at the same time with our drinks. We ordered calamari for our appetizer, Eggplant Parmesan and lasagna. The food was good, it felt as if it sat in the window waiting to be run out to the table but it was still enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was the Italian creme cake. It was light and deliciousNow there was a lot of apologizing through the rest of our evening. I know what it is like to work on a busy night and I know there are times when tables have to wait. That’s when our managers walk over to the tables and apologize. They say let me take care of that dessert or that appetizer for you. They make you feel that they are truly sorry for the wait. That didn’t happen tonight and that would have been a sign that our patronage and patients were truly appreciated.

Mother’s Day

Amazing service, delicious tasty meals, huge generous portions. Ronaldo was the best waiter ever!

Buca is a great place to go for good solid Italian food. The menu is solid and consistent. It seems as though they have reduced the menu selections, but the food is still really good. The staff as always is welcoming and attentive. A good place to have a family or group dinner. We'll worth the trip.

Orlando was amazing. He was helpful and every moment, courteous and all around awesome dude. I love eating at Buca.

Had such a great experience today. It was easy to make a reservation and I got sat as soon as I arrived. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. We had a cocktail and a glass of wine and they both added to the dining experience. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean, but truly the best part of the experience was our server Rolando. He was attentive and energetic the entire time. He even brought out a birthday dessert for my partner at the end of the night. Thank you for going above and beyond, Rolando!
