Great shops and atmosphere. Theres a courtyard with a water feature and lots of plants, small trees and flowers. Public restrooms are usually clean although the men's room has taken quite a bit of damage, probably due to intoxicated people. It's the only open public restroom in the area aside from the bus station.
Attended the spring Encinitas street fair and saw a terrific band, black rock candy. I reccomend seeing them live. The street fair is awesome

I went to the wine store here. Good amount of parking and convenient for the stores.
Once they closed the Ace hardware it was meh a place.
Lots of small shops and restaurants. They have a dedicated parking lot, which makes is much easier to visit.
Food servers are good, food is a bit overpriced.
Good variety of shops but closes at 9pm on Saturday nights.
Went to the Starbucks here. It's closed down now but a nice small collection of stores in Encinitas. They have Lotus Cafe, Nixon, Birkenstock and a few other places.
