We've enjoyed their delicious ice cream sandwiches at their store in PB many summers, so when we decided we didn't want cake for our wedding, we knew The Baked Bear would be amazing option! They were so easy to work with, super responsive and accommodating! They even last minute brought a few gluten free options for me when I found out I had to change my diet a few weeks before. I knew the ice cream sandwiches would be tasty, but I didn't realize how big of a WOW factor they would play at our wedding. Our guests absolutely freaked out and were blown away by it! Weeks later, I still hear from friends and family how awesome they were!
What a great concept. We had them make up ice cream sandwiches for our son's wedding. They were GREAT. Cookies were outrageous. All 95 of our guests raved about them.
We booked Baked Bear Encinitas for our wedding. Working with Daniel was a dream. He was very thorough and very informative in the inquiry stages. He was very responsive and made booking easy. He was very accomodating with choosing selections and describing the flavors for us. We are from out of town so we didn't have a change to go in and taste them. We are so glad we book them! They arrived on time and with all the equipment they need. Our guest loved having the ice cream sandwiches and they are still raving about it. We even got to take home the left over cookies. I like the concept, just wish the ice cream flavors were a little stronger to be able to stand up to the flavors of the cookies.
