Outstanding breakfast at a fair price. Good service. There’s something for everyone. Definitely worthwhile if you’re in or near Encinitas.
Quaint little place in a busy part of Encinitas. The service is very friendly and attentive to your experience. The food is better, much better, than regular mom and pop diner food but for about the same price.Menu is somewhat extensive but that allows for ppl of all wants to be satiated.A good diner that I would be happy to eat at again.

I came here for brunch. Tons of menu selections, fast service and good portions. I tried the carnitas eggs Benedict. It didn’t wow me so I’m heading back to try a new dish but the potatoes were killer.
The holladaise sauce is made fresh daily. It has the perfect balance of that nice fresh lemon taste. They also have several variations of it. Best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. It doesnt get better than this. If you go here and like eggs benedict, you must order it here. Sooooo good.

(Update: changing to 5 star due to the owner's thoughtful response.)No real maple syrup kept this rating at "4". Sorry, but "Log Cabin" is not maple syrup! I came for French Toast, but had to pivot to avoid high fructose corn products. No breakfast restaurant of quality should cut this corner!Now for the excellent: Chicken Machaca! Best Machaca on the planet! Staff is great and does a great job with quality food (except Maple Syrup, see above).I appreciate the response and understand that real maple syrup is expensive. Having an option to purchase as a side (i.e. $2/per 2oz) solves the cost/ fair profit issue. (I often bring my own, but would like a convenient back up). Thank you for engaging!
Enjoyed the experience. Service was OK. Food was alright too. I guess that we had higher expectations of this place after reading reviews and hearing good things from friends.
Fantastic eggs Benedict to go. Had the one with the hollandaise with cilantro and jalapeno with shaved ham. And avocado super good, very fast. Nice service and no Styrofoam. Hooray!
