I ordered a takeout of their Harvest Salad. If desired,you can have chicken on it, both ways are delicious. For 2 people ,it is a main dish, or a side for 3-4. I get it there frequently. The lettuces are nice and items in the salad are yummy.
Rosati’s deep dish pizza is the bomb. The flavor of the red sauce is incredible. The texture and taste of the dough is extraordinary. One piece of pizza is all one needs to eat. The deep dish pizza is so dense. One slice is like eating 3 regular slices.
Bottom line: you must get the thin crust. It’s exactly like I remember it growing up on Chicago’ South Side. I gave another non-Chicago based Rosati’s a mediocre review because I had their deep dish which was underwhelming. Then it occurred to me, nobody really went to Rosatis for deep dish. I don’t even recall it being a menu item. While deep dish is what the city is famous for, we only went out for that on special occasions. For regular occasions, the thin crust was it, and this Rosatis version could hold its own against the South Side’s location.

We’ve been to Chicago dozens of times having been raised in Illinois. Since living in Southern California for the past two years we’ve not found great pizza anywhere, until we ate our first pizza here last night. We ordered the antipasto salad and it was delicious. We also had the combination pizza with sausage (best flavor) pepperoni, onion, black olives and green pepper(we asked them to hold this). The pizza was outstanding! We were blown away and were so happy with the quality of ingredients, crust and it was delivered to our table hot. We’re already talking about when we’ll go again. Super job!
Amazing customer service, always! Admitting, we can be HM’s about food, every order arrives perfectly and before we are expecting it. We are so pleased and grateful that we have you available to us! Not sure what happened here. Used to be acceptable. Absolute worst last visit. The Spot in La Jolla has signature cracker crust (thin) pizza, the best Chicago style in Socal. People in LA come down for it, yes, it's that authentic.
Very nice staff, great prices on the lunch specials, but the crust for the specials is too thick. They should consider offering a thin crust or deep dish for the lunch specials.
Passed by thus place many times, but a work colleague recommended it. Excellent thick and thin crust pizzas, and friendly brew pub with lots of great choices and excellent bar service. Will become a regular hangout I can tell!
We had our soccer party on their patio and they were great. We had the whole patio to ourselves, two servers, AND they accommodated separate checks. Win win win. Cold beer, great pizza or pasta. Perfect for what we wanted.
