Very friendly staff, Great service, Amazing dinner experience with authentic Italian food and great wine list! I would recommend getting reservations though as they were busy, but worth it and we will definitely be going back.
My husband and I said “we need to get out more”. This is our third visit to Maurizio’s. The first time was right after we saw him on TV and we were impressed then as we have been in subsequent visits. The food is excellent, especially the sea food. The portions are generous (unlike many restaurants that have increased the price and decreased the portions) so we felt like we got our money’s worth. (A little bigger pour of wine would be nice ?). The service is friendly and quick. This will be a definite go to place!
I had the spaghetti carbonara and it was not particularly good. I only ate about a third of it. Husband loved the lasagna. Nice staff
We absolutely LOVED Maurizio’s! We went on a whim when we couldn’t get into Herb and Sea and man are we glad! We definitely found a new favorite place & will come back north to eat here! Everything from the service, the modern ambiance and especially the FOOD was amazing. We were also pleasantly caught off guard to see how reasonable the prices were as well, which was so refreshing for a change with inflation making it so expensive and to eat out anywhere now. The owners also came and visited with us which added to the warm experience. The Linguine alle Vongole was incredible and stood the test of a bunch of Italian east coasters- it was just as good if not better than having this dish right off the east coast water. Cocktails were also great. Everything truly was. 5 stars and can’t wait to come back!!
Hands down this is really good cuisine ! What a hidden gem ! Even my vegan child can enjoy dinner here , can’t wait to take herThe remodel looks amazing ! I’d say this is the go to spot on the coast for ItalianGreat service ! For the last person who said it was pricey , I don’t agree the portions are very large so u do get bang for the buck ! It’s worth a little more to have amazing g taste and the whole experience . We both had a cocktail salad and entrees , cannoli dessert and the bill was $ 110. I took half the lasagne home so to me it’s three meals for that !!!
We’ve been looking for a good, authentic Italian restaurant for some time. We have found it! Maurizio is wonderful. The restaurant itself is beautifully appointed and welcoming. The staff is perfect. Very attentive, never keep you waiting, address your needs before you know you need something. The bread is too die for! I had the Spaghetti alla Carbonara and my husband had the Lasagna. The ingredients are fresh and each dish was mouthwatering. The portions are very generous for the price. I noticed they host parties as well. We will revisit often.

Decided to visit Marizio’s after reading current disappointing reviews of Waverly’s and Chart House. The food was delicious; staff attentive and knowledgeable. Warm atmosphere and good prices. Give it a try.
