The owners are so welcoming... Their handmade donuts are the best... I love to be one of the first customers so I can get my donuts nice and warm. Friendly environment, next to the beach and feet away from hotels. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the donuts and the owners are the nicest people. I grew up a few blocks away and whenever I visit I make sure to pick up a few. These are the perfect donuts—and I especially recommend the apple fritters. Make sure to take cash though.
The best classic donuts done well. Especially, the chocolate old fashioned. The donuts taste super fresh. Crispy on the outside and just right in the middle. I slept on the coffee for a while. Its super hot and tastes just right. I am a convert. ALWAYS stop by when i am in town.

Donuts at Leucadia Donut Shoppe are consistently delicious. This is a nice, old school donut shop. Their donuts are never greasy, always fresh, & you'll find no artificial flavorings. When you eat one of their chocolate-covered donuts, you can tell you're eating real chocolate, & not something you can't identify.My favorite here is their Devil's Food With Nuts. Other favorites of mine are their Old-Fashioned Donuts, both plain and glazed. My wife loves their Regular Glazed Donuts. The coffee they serve here is really good, & goes amazingly well with their tasty donuts, like peas & carrots! When they sell out of donuts, they close the shop. We got here a tiny bit past 11am one day, and they'd already closed the doors, so get here early, to be sure & get to pick your favorites. The people who work here are very nice.Also, don't forget, it's cash only at Leucadia Donut Shoppe.
Thought I’d try a new donut shop out, unfortunately these donuts didn’t taste fresh at all, almost like they were made the day before. Also, the dough is very thick and heavy. Maybe I’m spoiled with VG donuts in Cardiff who has the best donuts in San Diego!
