I love everything about Ki's. The food is wonderful, the staff are all very friendly, and the view is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We used to go to the original Kiâs on Birmingham Drive. They have been at this location a long time. It needs a facelift. They need to invest in the sun blinds that come down in the afternoon so you can still see the beautiful view of the ocean but yet the sun is not on all of the tables in the afternoon/evening. Most of the tables you could not sit at due to this. We had to keep moving the table back out of the âï¸. Up charge of $3 dollars for a very dried out millet burger at dinner hours. We should have all sent them back! Not going back.
AMAZING FOOD. BEST ACAI BOWL AND CARNE ASADA BOWL. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO DINE ON THE 2ND FLOOR DO SO AS THE OCEAN VIEWS ARE STELLAR. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THAT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR FOR HANDICAP. WE HAD TO EAT OUTSIDE IN THE COVERED PARKING LOT. WE DID EAT THERE ON FRIDAY AND SUNDAY. ALSO THEY HAVE A FULL BAR (WHICH WAS GOOD TOO) ..

Great view of ocean; great staff, wonderful live music on Friday nights. Oh yeah, the food and drinks are very good also, and reasonably priced.
Noise level too high, music too low, no sun shade on balcony at sunset. Bring your sun glasses. Food excellent.
