Lucky as this was the first coffee shop I saw. Met w a real estate investor here and enjoyed the ambiance. Staff is great!
I tried three flavors of the non-dairy gelato all of which were delicious. the presentation of the various flavors inside the shop is a work of art in itself. The service was friendly.
I been here twice and just now I’m doing the review on this place. I love the different flavors of gelato that they have. There pretty delicious and it’s all homemade. If you go to this place your going to find yourself going back and trying a different flavor. If you don’t want gelato you can try the other stuff that they have on their menu. I had a good time!!
Stopped here 3 times on our trip - Dragon fruit, Bisconti, Chocolate Sherbert, & best - pear. The 2 scoop is a best deal.
Oh ... the GELATO!! Along the coastal drive between San Diego and Oceanside we stumbled upon a quaint gelato eatery, called Gelato 101, in Encinata, CA. This place offers oh so very delicious creamy organic, vegan and all natural homemade gelato, locally sourced. I had 1 scoop of Stracciatella and 1 scoop of Biscottino, topped with a waffle cookie.
Right across the street from dinner was this awesome gelato dessert spot, gelato 101! They had an outdoor area with fire pits and perfect mood lighting for my pear/chocolate gelato moment! Delicious!
Really loved the Gelato here. Great find! Flavors were few but very tasty. Good service and good seating area. The day we went was a 15 minute wait in line so not sure if it's a common thing or just that Day as it was mother's day. For Gelato fans this place is a must try.

Review is on vibes alone. Haven’t actually tried the gelato but it looks tasty.Super cute patio with fire pits and heaters at night plus the sign out front is aesthetic AF.Pets welcome and good vibe for after dinner
