We love these salads!! They are big, fresh and flavorful. So far, I've tried the Chop Stop Classic and the Cobb Stop (with Ranch instead). My daughter also really liked the Cobb Stop (w/Ranch) and my husband liked the Chopburrito Classic and the Santa Fe Chop. The family that owns this business is very friendly and welcoming (and not only because we share the same last name)!
Fresh, healthy food with lots of options and generous sizes. First time there and I plan to make it a regular stop!
I love this place! You can go with one of their recommendations or make your own. Either way, it's delicious! Don't worry about it being "too light" if that is a concern. You can add in extra things to fill you up, if desired, or stay "on the healthier side." The food is fresh and seems quality. It is family-owned by a local, Encinitas family, and he owners are friendly and pleasant. Support your local small business and get great, healthy food at the same time! Check it out! I'm glad I did!
This place is a must try. Staff is helpful and friendly. Stephen is great with ideas and suggestions. Food is fresh and delicious. Will definitely be making Chop Stop regular go to.
Finally tried this place about two weeks ago and we've gone back five times since. Salads are fresh and filling, super customizable, and they have something for everyone. The staff has been kind each time we've gone in. It's our new go-to place!

We really enjoyed both our salads. At first, we thought the peeves were a little steep, but the portions are very generous. The staff was extremely pleasant and the restaurant was very clean.
Today I tried this place for the first time but it surely won’t be the last. My salad was delicious, fresh and very flavorful. The price is reasonable for the fresh produce that goes into it. The staff were so friendly and helpful with selections. I could not believe how fast they made my salad. I had just sat down at a table when I heard my name called. They have tables both inside and outside for your dining pleasure.
We stopped here for an early lunch today and everyone was very friendly, the salads were fresh, crisp and delicious. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often! Highly recommend:)
I ordered the Cobb salad, and it is delicious! Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful in helping me with my order as this was my first time in to the Chop Stop! Well deserving of a 5 star experience!
