This has got to be the slowest, most unenthusiastic chick fil a I have ever been to. I've been to busier locations and have had faster service and better attitudes than this place. This is the most ridiculous experience. The food was also very disappointing. For the amount of time we waited, I expected the lobby to be busy and the pick up window to be further from the order box. Two employees were yelling back to the cooks about some ladies tenders (from outside the pickup window wedged between our car), there looked like there was too much drama happening for such a small establishment that had a normal lunch rush. Get your location together franchise owner!
Food is great. Service is the worst. 3rd time with bad outcomes and no action. 3 strikes your out.
I have never seen such kindness. I frequent this location, but usually in the drive thru. This time I decided to go in. What I saw was so uplifting. Now I know why the employees are always smiling here. A supervisor came in and was giving awards, words of praise, and recognition to the employees here. Everyone was clapping and cheering. Wow!!! It actually made my day.I will definitely be back. Now I feel like the founders started this company to uplift the community and spread positivity, the food is just a sidenote.Tanner did an especially good job for me and some of the other customers there.
Can't get better than Chick-fil-A! food is always amazing. The kids are always so helpful, patient, and friendly. You can tell everyone is so happy to have a job. When the employees are happy you know the management is good. Plus is owned by believers! Good Mojo!
It was closed on the Sunday I visited.Poorly marked signs with no warning alerts, in the middle of the driveway and parking area just waiting for someone to hit them.Be alert!!!
We have been here a handful of times and each time the experience is worse. They staff is not friendly. They do not seem like they went through the typical chick fil a customer service training that the other stores went through. It’s not your normal chick fil a friendly feeling. A lot of the kids seem stoned to be honest. Who knows but I truly wish they would open another one in the vicinity so we could stop going here. I would drive a few extra miles for good service.
After my order was ready, I was told by someone named Victor that I couldn't eat inside because the dining room was closed, even though other people were eating inside. After I moved outside to the patio, he came outside told me that they were going to clean the patio and asked me to move, and I had to eat in my car.
This CFa is fast and the staff are really humble.
Amazing quality and service. Customized everything on my order including special notes and it all came perfect, the biscuit was honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten! Super impressed with the efficiency and accuracy. Employees are very friendly too
A appreciate the staff being welcoming and having a nice vibe and attitude. Even thought I didn’t realize their lobby was mostly closed and interrupted some of the cooks breakfast a tad. They didn’t get sort or inpatient with me. I just had a quick question about their coffee. Two of the managers there were very attentive. God Bless. I pray you can keep striving towards finding healthy options for people’s temples/bodies.
